Teignmouth Twinning Association – Annual General Meeting

   Nominations are invited for any or all of these posts, in advance or at the meeting. Please ensure that any persons nominated are willing to stand. Nomination paper here
6. Incoming Chair will open discussion of plans for next year’s visit by the French, which will take place between Thursday 10^th – Sunday 13^nd May. We will be discussing the itinerary for the visit, based on suggestions received at the meeting on 23/10/2017
7. Annual subscription.
   The Committee recommends keeping the annual subscription at £10 for each adult with membership running from one AGM to the next. No membership fee for members’ children.
8. Change to constitution – it is proposed to amend paragraph 3c by adding ‘New members who join the association after 30th September shall have their membership extended to the 31st of December of the following year’.

   Dutch Supper
   For those not familiar with this format, bring anything that can form part of a cold buffet, savoury or sweet, and there’s usually enough of everything.  We will provide soft drinks – tea, juice etc – along with a receptacle for donations, but bring your own if you like. If you prefer to drink wine, then please feel free to bring your own. To enable the AGM to start on time the Dutch supper will start at 7.00.
